How to Get Started

Fill out the information on our Contact Us page or call or email us directly for a free review and estimate on your next deck, pergola, or fence building or restoration project.
Contact Us

1. Let us know how we can help you.

Please fill out our contact form or call or email us directly to discuss your needs or desires.

2. Get a prompt draft of the Scope of Work.

You will receive a written Scope of Work within just a few business days to make sure that we clearly understand your needs and any unique desires.

3. Written proposal.

Within a few business days of finalizing the Scope of Work, you will receive a written proposal for the cost of services to be provided.

4. Project contract.

Upon agreement of the written proposal a contract will be provided formalizing the proposal and clearly outlining the terms associated with the completion of the project. 

5. Schedule your project.

Once Tava has received the signed contract your fence, deck or pergola project will be put on the project schedule.

6. Construction and completion.

Project invoicing is a 50% deposit once the project has been started and the remaining 50% once the project has been completed.
